Tenth Street Capital invests in lower middle-market companies in a wide variety of industries across the United States. Target companies generally have revenues between $5 and $100 million, a strong and experienced management team, a history of stable and sustainable financial performance, a recognized market position with a diverse customer base and a capital structure appropriate for the company’s level of operating risk. Tenth Street Capital invests between $3 and $15 million per transaction.
Tenth Street Capital's investment is typically used for growth, acquisitions, management buyouts and recapitalizations. Investments may be structured as subordinated debt with or without warrants or an equity co-investment. Investments typically have a 5-year term and may include amortization.
